GrabVDO is a free video and audio downloading tool available at grabvdo.com and as a mobile app. Since the primary service is free, most users will never need this refund policy. The policy below covers any optional paid premium features, subscriptions, or one-time purchases that may be offered within the platform.

How to Request a Refund

We process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.
Purchases via Google Play or App Store
If you purchased through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, refunds must be requested directly through them — we cannot process these on our end:

Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to issue refunds in the following circumstances:
