💡 GrabVDO's core downloading service is completely FREE. This refund policy applies only to any optional premium features or in-app purchases that may be available.

GrabVDO is a free video and audio downloading tool available at grabvdo.com and as a mobile app. Since the primary service is free, most users will never need this refund policy. The policy below covers any optional paid premium features, subscriptions, or one-time purchases that may be offered within the platform.
